NHS courses

Pressures within the NHS seem to grow by the day as activity levels rise.
Budgets are squeezed, patients become more demanding, structural change adds to
uncertainty whilst political nervousness and the media turn any story into a
crisis of care.

Responsibility falls to the board member to make sense of this turbulent
environment, maintaining trust and confidence within the organisation and
creating a credible, clear and coherent sense of purpose on which success can
be built.

The Cass NHS Foundation Trust programmes

Cass Business School has built a reputation for executive programmes that
develop both the personal resilience and the leadership skills that enable NHS
board members to raise the performance of their organisations.

We work closely with Monitor, the NHS Confederation and the Foundation Trust
Network and are an approved partner for the independent review of the Board
Governance Assurance Framework for Aspirant Foundation Trusts. Cass is a
founding member of the European Institute for Governance Awards.
